This is a typical shop drawing for a timber truss with an arched bottom chord.We produce detailed shop drawings for all of our projects, making sure that each client has a chance to review the final drawings prior to production of their timber frame.





Detailed part drawings are also produced so  handcrafted beams can be fabricated  in our shop. Each joint is precisely marked and cut by experienced timber framers.

 We are shipping these trusses to Quebec later this month. They are custom made oak trusses with arched bottom cords and fancy corbels.

We are currently working of the design for a fun project in Pennsylvania that uses a hammer beam truss reinforced with steel rods to cover an indoor pool, and glulam arches to cover a basketball court and a soccer field. Vermont Timber Works, Inc.

The owner and architect tasked us with designing a frame that can not only clear span 34'x42', support the northern snow load, but also hold two nine thousand pound boat lifts.
